Title: Suddenly Supernatural
Why did you pick this book?: I picked this book because it seemed very interesting, and also because I have been reading other types of fantasy that involved talking animals, so I wanted to try something new so I picked this amazing book that is very interesting.
Who is the Protagonist and Antagonist?: So far in the book I have not found the Antagonist but the Protagonist is Kat a young girl who is in 7th grade, and whose mom talks to spirits (that's why the title is suddenly supernatural)that are good so that way they can see why they are sad or mad or happy, and also because apparently when Kat's mom
What is the main conflict?: The main conflict throughout the story is that considering Kat's mom talks to weird spirits their house tends to change temperatures and some things start to float when a conference is going well with her mom and a spirit. The bad thing about that though is that when she brought a friend home all that happened and no one could find out, luckily the friend did not see anything floating so their family kind of has some problems.
Share a theme: The theme of my story is that even when something crazy happens that does not change who you really are.
Best part of the story and why: I think that the best part of the story was near the beginning of the story around page 27 - 32 when Kat made a friend named Jac which is short for Jacqueline who is a new student at Kat's school, and she plays the cello. After they become friends they always sat at the same table right next to each other.
What would you rate this book and why: I would rate this book a nine because some things in this story can be kind of confusing like when, and why the house is effected by Kat's mom having a conference, or why things start to float as well when Kat's mom is having a conference.

Upside Down In the Middle Of Nowhere
I chose this book because the title seemed interesting and i read the back of the book and it seemed like it was going to be a book that i would enjoy. The main conflict in my book is when hurricane Katrina comes in on Armani's birthday and ruins her birthday and takes the people she loves. The protagonist in my book is the grandma because she is always there for armani. The Antagonist is the hurricane.main conflict here.theme here.best part of story here.what i would rate the book here and why.
In 3rd grade i would always get "diary of a wimpy kid" so, i should read them again I said to my self
there not really a protagonist but there is a antagonist. the antagonist was this family who "wasted there vacation" well, that what they think
the main conflict was there vacation got worse every were they went and they end up losing there phones and all there money.
don't give up and just keep going
when they won a pig because i did not know you could win pets at the fair.
i would rate a 8.5 because the book was vary funny and was understandable.
The width of the world by David Baldacci
The Width of the World by David Baldacci is a fast pace fantasy book. I picked this book because I fell in love with the first two books in the series. The main character through all of the books is Vega Jane, but her friends just call her Jane. She has a canine named Harry two, and a friend named Delph. The first book ends with her leaving wormwood her hometown and entering the mysterious forest known as the Quag. The second book is all about the Quag, and finds a friend named Petra. The third book starts were the second book ended. She went out of the Quag safely, avoiding monsters. Jane Petra and Delph find interesting things about Maladons and the twisted cities of True and Greater True. The protagonist are Jane and her friends who use magic against the evil Maladons. Interesting things are lodged in the pages of the book, there's a climax every chapter. One thing that you have to think about is the theme. The theme is trust in yourself and your friends. the best part of the story is when Jane finds her Grandfather Virgil Alfred Jane. If I could rate this book I would give it a 10-10 because it's truly an amazing book.

He soon discovers that he is a half god half man, called a demigod. His mom gets sent to Hades, God of the dead. Percy also finds out that someone has stolen Zeus most powerful weapon, the master bolt, or there will be a huge war between the gods. So now, he must go to Hades himself and try to get back his mother, only to find out that he also now must find the Helm of Darkness returned to get his mother back and give the master bolt back to Zeus, all by the summer solace. The title of my book is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. I picked this book to read because it looked interesting and I always heard great things about it and this book always kept popping up as a awesome suggestion. The protagonist in this book was Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermoine Granger. The Antagonist was Voldemort also known as he-who-must-not-be-named. The main conflict was that someone (later found out to be Voldemort) had gone to Hogwarts (school of witch craft and wizardry) and tried to still the Sorcerer's Stone. To me the theme of this book was not to judge a book by it's cover because Voldemort was actually attached to one of the professor's head and nobody thought it would be him because he was known as a hero everyone thought it was going to be professor Snape because he was always known for being mean even though he was the one trying to protect everyone. To me the best part of the story was when Hagrid tried to raise a fire-breathing dragon in his wooden house so Harry and Hermoine to sneak it away to live with Ron's brother (a dragon keeper). I indubitably rated this book an automatic 10 because it was GREAT and kept me hooked the entire time and the plot twist was WONDERFUL!
Soul Surfer
I picked this book because I liked the movie and uselessly the movie has less details so I wanted to read this to get more and complete details. The protagonist is Bethany because she did nothing to the shark once it bit her ,and the Antagonist is the Shark because the shark bit Bethany's left arm that was in the water. The main conflict is the shark bit her so she (Bethany) hast to figure out how to do life with only one arm. I think the best part is when she gets to go home from the hospital after 6 days after the attack . I would rate this book at a 10 because it has really good details about what happen to Bethany and how she dealed with one arm for the rest of her life and how she still wanted to surf after the attack.( link were picture came from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soul_Surfer_(film)

Sunny Side up

Sunny and her family were supposed to go visit the shore for a summer vacation until things started getting bad for her older brother dale. He started getting into drugs and hanging with the wrong crowd. Long story short she ended up flying to Florida to stay with her grandpa for the summer instead, which made her really upset because she did not wanna stay with her grandpa. But after a little while she got really mad because so many things were angering her up at her grandpas, especially his smoking. Afterwards, she realized she needed to speak her mind and once she talked to her grandpa things got better. So i think that the theme of the book is that it is okay to speak whats on your mind and tell the truth because unless you tell someone whats wrong they wont know what to do to make you more happy. So I think that the best part of this story is when she finally tells grandpa what was angering her because from there she actually enjoyed her stay once they talked it through. I rate this book a 5 out of 5 because i really liked this book and could read it over and over again.

The BFG
In the book, The BFG, Sophie is taken from her orphanage by a Big Friendly Giant into Giant Country. There she meets the BFG and finds out a lot about him. He, unlike the other giants, is a very friendly giant. Also instead of eating people he gives dreams to people every night. During the book he takes care of Sophie and together they try to stop the man-eating giants. With a great plan and a little luck they may be able to stop them once and for all. The best part of this story is when BFG is confronted by Bloodbottler, a bad giant. He uses all the excuses he can for having a human but it doesn't exactly work and Sophie and the BFG get their selves into a heap of trouble. I give this book an 8/10 because of the exciting plot and fun characters.
Twilight by Stephanie Myer
I would give my book a six use it has a good theme and plot but there is not a lot of emotion.

The protagonists is Bella,And the antagonists is the people trying to kill her.

This book is about a girl who was the "true princess" but was in hiding. Her "parents" (the king and queen) were killed by a villain that seeked power. The princess went into hiding so she would be safe and could rule when she was old enough. So Sir Stephen came to her house secretly to teach her the ways of being a princess. She acted like a normal kid but, even her best friend for all her life, Harper didn't know. She went fishing with him but, had a second life. So one day she and her nanny's cottage was robbed and the thought it was the villain finding her. So she felt it was time to tell Harper that she was the true princess and her and Harper set off to claim her crown. But, "princess" Desima did not trust her because she was the true princess and she looked Harper and Cecilia in a tower. There just so happened to be 11 other girls in the dungeon that claimed they were the true princess. But, they found a note written by the queen, before she was killed, that showed she had a secrete that shocked everyone.

- Sweet farts
- Because the back cover of the book sounded interesting.
- The protagonist is Keith and the antagonist is the principal.
- That Keith is trying to make farts smell good but it is hard.
- Never give up
- The beginning because that when Keith starts talking about how he is the s.b.d. but its not Keith it is another kid in class with Keith.
- I would rate this a book a 8 because its a good book but it gets kind of boring at some part
The infinite sea by: Rick Yancey
The Infinite sea
I chose this book because it is the second book to the the 5th wave trilogy. protagonists antagonists aliens in the book "them". The main conflict is when the earlier begging of the 5th wave starts water from all of the oceans around the world start to flood every piece of land around them. A theme of this book and the trilogy in genral would be to stay strong in tough siautions and to believe in yourself. The best part of the story is when Cassie tries to get her little brother back that was taken on a bus to stay safe and away from any danger. I would rate this book a 8 out of 10 because there are a few parts that can possibly be confusing for the reader but then in the book it has parts that use dialouge to help the reader possibly find out what is going on through out the story.

The title of my book is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. I chose this book because I've seen the movies so i thought i should try the book as well. the protagonist are Harry, Ron and hermione. the antagonist right now seems like it would be professor Snape. The main conflict right now is they are trying to find out why Snape was trying to get past the dog, and who Flamel is. A theme of my book would be always have courage. the best part in my book is when Harry catches the snitch in his mouth because he won the game for griffendor and he showed bravery. Stung
Bracyn Crain Stung 4/11/17
I have picked the book, "Stung", by Bethany Wiggins.
I have just started this book, and its already getting heated up! I picked it because it was found in the Wall of Fame section. So, I thought to myself, 'Hey! This must be a good book!'
So far, I have only met savages, and a young girl, Arrin. She's bad to the bone! I;m not very sure who the Antagonist(s) is/are yet, but I'll find out sooner or later!
So, the conflict is that there are now two types of people. 1-Those not having the tattoo. Those who do not are freedom fighters. 2-Those having the tattoo. Those bearing the tattoo are savages. Primitives.
The theme of this story is probably survival. As of now, Arrin and the main character, Fiona, are running away from a savage family.
I haven't gotten to see the best part of the story. Yet. But, I'm sure it's going to be awesome!
As of now, I would rate Stung 4.3 stars. I chose this because it seems to be very intense, full of action!
The 5th wave: Rick Yancy
I picked this book because I wanted too see the movie but then I saw that they had the book here. The protagonist is Cassie and the antagonist is The Others/Aliens. The main conflict is that there are these waves destroying planet Earth and they are she to figure out what the next one will be. The theme is stick with your family but I am not going to say why because that gives away some of the story. My favorite part of the story is when she got Sammy back and saved him from a deathtrap. I would rate this book a 9 because the action never stopped.Graphic retrieved from:https://www.amazon.com/5th-Wave-First-Book/dp/0142425834 on 4/11/17

Miss Peregrine's home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs historical fiction
My book's genera is historical fiction and is called Miss Peregrine's home for Peculiar children. The author is Ransom Riggs and he is really entertains me with this amazing book. The protagonist is Jake and the peculiar children and Miss Peregrine. The antagonist is the hollows and the wights. The P.O.V is 1st person. the best part is when Jake finds the peculiars.
I am reading My diary from the edge of the world by Jodi Lynn Anderson. The main characters are Gracie, Oliver, Sam and Millie. This book is written in first person and the antagonist is the cloud. So far this book is about Gracie and her family who live on a small little group of houses. One day she noticed that the cloud was above one of the other houses. That means a sign of death! Turns out the cloud is after sam so the family decides to take a road trip to grandmas house because grandma is a witch. She then guides them to the extraordinary world where if they make it there they will be safe. I loved the climax where the cloud begins following them and a Sasquatch comes in the car.

Love, Stargirl
Title: Love, Star girl
Author:Jerry Spinelli
Main Character(s): Stargirl
Protagonist: Stargirl
Antagonist: Perry
Point of view: 1st person because she's writing these letters to her lost love Leo
Best Part: I think the best part is when her and Perry are sitting on the roof and she fees like she can really talk to him but she doesn't want to get to close because she doesn't want to get dumped again. So now she feels mixed emotions about how she feels.
box out book review
Its a good book about how a highschool senior was on the jv basketball team and he got an offer to play for varsity, so he took it and he did really good but always forgot to box out, and in the final game he finally boxed out and they won the championship, and his only problem was that he never boxed out but finally did at the last game.

Book Review
Zodiac - Beware the 13th Sign is a book I picked out because it was about fantasy in Space and it seemed interesting. Rho, the main protagonist, was a normal girl until her school on Cancer fell. Ophiuchus, the main antagonist, is the 13th Zodiac sign that attacks others. The main conflict is when Ophiuchus attacks the 12 other Zodiac signs and some of their Guardians die. I think that the best part of the story is the start where everything falls apart.
I would rate the book a 7(so far) because it has multiple books which is interesting to me because it tells multiple stories in one.

Flush by, Carl Hiaasen, is a Realistic Fiction book based in Florida. In this book Paine and his children have to solve the case to who is dumping sewage in the sea. It all traces to Dusty Muleman and his casino boat, but how will anyone know? The kids have to work together to prove who the real culprit is. My favorite part of the book is when the kids try to execute their plan to solve the case. I give this book an 8/10 because of the interesting problem and realistic characters.
The secret language of sisters. I picked this book because to see what people are going through. Ruth the main character got into a car crash, and her sister was taking her for vantage. The best part was where she was able to the things she did before the crash, like take photos. I would rate this book at a 8 because it shows you what other people go through.

Stargirl
The main characters in my book are Leo and Stargirl/Susan.
The conflict is that no one likes Stargirl because she's unique and does things no one else would.
My favorite part was when Leo was at her house and she showed him the pebble wagon. Because she said she puts a pebble in when she's happy and takes one out when she's not.
I picked this book because it looked interesting how there was a star above the girl as the title.
I think the protagonist is Stargirl because she's not afraid to be herself and Leo is the antagonist only because he tries to make Stargirl change. I think the theme is be yourself, the world will adjust because Stargirl is unusual and she is OK with that. I would rate this book 8 because it's SUPER good.
